G.G.Motors are Partnership concern formed to run the business of trading in two , Three & Four wheeler Sales, Service and Spares. The partners are Sri.K.G.Athilingam, B.A., and Mr.K.G.Venkatesan D.T.T. (Diploma in textile technology)G.G.Motors, an athorized 3S dealer for Royal Enfield, manufacturers of Bullet Brand motorcycles at Madurai in 2003. With the untiring work, perseverance, sincerity and dedication over the last twenty five years emerged a promising young dynamic entrepreneur of G.G.Motors, Madurai. From a sale of 5 bikes per month to more than 75 bikes a month shows the hard work and the dedication shown towards the Brand. The new entrant to the stable is that GG Motors has been given an LOI to open up a branch in the heart of the city for the ease of RE bke lovers.

In the 2010 GG motors have bagged the Best Service Performance Award for the year 2009 – non capital market – all India II rank. Some of the major improvements which has been done at the show room. G.G.Motors always believe in giving different experience to their customers whenever they visit the show room, should it be buying or servicing. With the result an expectation has been developed among the customer’s mind that they will see something new and interesting. With this in mind a few improvements/modification/changes made at the show room are :

• An airconditioned sound proof Customer Loungue with complete facilities like, Television, CD player etc. Also the customer can view from the see-through glass about the repair of their bike.
• A Mobile service van – A Maruti Omni Van has been refurnished with a mini mobile lathe inside and a spare parts shelf within and also with complete set of tools.
• Bike pick up and drop facility for Bikers from their residence/work spots.
• On the spot break down service.
• A dedicated spare bike
• Some of the improvement areas inside the show room
• Separate Spare vehicle (Bullet)
• Cleanliness
• Complete branding exercise
• Fit and finish of the entire show room
• New additions are:
• Own a Bullet club in the name of Royal Pandiyas for the Bullet enthuasts
• A complete display for the sale of Riding Kit.

By creating such a customer bondage and continuous improvement in the working environment, there is no wonder why our sales and Service revenue graph is always towards the upper side. Our sincere and special thanks to the loyal staff both in our sales and service for who they have made us reach us this height.
